What if my items arrived damaged or is defective?

If your items arrived damaged or you received a defective item, please email masjidal@gmail.com with your name and order number within 5 days of receipt.

What items are returnable?

Masjidal accepts returns of complete, undamaged and new items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned with all accessories and in original packaging. Masjidal has the right to refuse returned items that do not meet the listed requirements. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
